What is nlpt anywhere?
NLPT Anywhere was born out of the COVID-19 pandemic. We found that so many people out there can use our guidance and programming guidance, regardless of if they are in person regularly with us or not.
NLPT anywhere follows the same programming and philisophical strength and conditioning/wellness principles our in person coaching services provide but at the convenience of your own time and at a location that satisfies you the best!
NLPT Anywhere provides personalized programming for whatever it is your looking to achieve! Whether it is sports performance, weight loss, return from injury to enjoy your favourite sport or just purely looking for a very well rounded yet guided program, NLPT anywhere is right for you!

Initial consultation and assessment (30 minutes)
Initial follow up and review of program (30 minutes)
One new program every month. 3 Personalized Days and 2 Support Days (depending on your training goals)
Access to one “NLPT Anywhere office hours” session each month to come in and get in person coaching in a group setting
Email support/text support for feedback/questions on training (answered within 24 hours)
How do I get started?
Like every other NLPT program, we start with an assessment. Whether it is in person or virtual (Zoom or FaceTime) we schedule a meeting, review your health history and desired outcomes, complete a short movement screen (to give us some objective data on how you move) and then we get to work on writing your program?
How is this program delivered?
Right now this program is delivered via Google Sheets with access to our NLPT YouTube channel for guidance on exercise execution.
We will explore using an app in the future, but our clients have had great success using google sheets and it also provides us quiet a bit of programming flexibility compared to some training apps out there.
What is the cost of this program?
The cost is $69.99 plus HST per month paid via pre authorized credit card. This program is auto renewed monthly, but can be paused/cancelled at anytime
Additional coaching programs (NLPT Athlete or Personal Training) can be purchased to complement this program as well.
