What it is

This is time for you to dedicate to improving your potential. You will be able to focus on movements that will carry you to a ripe old age keeping you balanced, mobile and strong.

What it isn’t

Its not a high intensity exercise session that will leave you in a puddle on the floor. This is a chance to explore exercises and movement in a safe and enjoyable way to get back to where you want to be.

What can I expect?

Make your comeback! Balance, strength, and coordination are all yours to lose. You had it once and you will have it again but this time you will know how to keep it. Not only is this a great way to kick-start your fitness, it’s a great way to expand what you already got to become the strongest you can be.
